The City Council of Totana has approved the proposal of the Councilor for Human Resources, which sets out the basis for the selection of professional staff and the 15 student-workers in the mixed employment-training program entitled "Social-health care for dependents in institutions social".
The Town Council will promote this mixed program of employment and training (former Employment Workshop) for a duration of 12 months under a grant co-financed by the European Social Fund, the Public Employment Service and the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF) of the Region of Murcia.
In addition, the selection includes the hiring of professional staff: a full-time trainer and an administrative support staff (87% of the day) thanks to the grant of SEF for 60,192 euros.
The purpose of this call for employment is the selection and subsequent hiring in the scheme of labor personnel for the development of the project for unemployed persons of 25 years or more.
The contractors will be a trainer who will give all the training modules of the certificate of professionalism cited;
An administrative support staff that will offer the modules of literacy, computer science, prevention of occupational risks, environmental awareness, social economy and self-employment, gender equality, search resources and employment improvement;
And the 15 student-workers who will be selected from those sent by the Employment Office of Totana.
The selection of the trainer and support staff will be carried out by means of a public call for tenders and the integral bases of the call are published in the bulletin board of the City of Totana and in the corporate portal www.totana.es
Instances to request to be part of this call, in any position of those referred to above, must be submitted within five business days from the publication of the bases in the City of Totana, addressed to the Mayor and stating that they all And each of the requirements required for each position offered.
The curriculum vitae will be attached to the application;

Student-worker selection
The minimum requirements for the selection of the 15 student-workers are to be unemployed enrolled in SEF employment offices and be available for employment, between 25 and 54 years old, have the functional capacity to perform the tasks, comply The requirements established in the regulations to formalize a contract of training and learning until the completion of the project.
In addition, it is necessary to have a degree, professional experience, professional competence or qualification equal to or greater than that acquired in the development of the program and not have the recognized professional qualification to conclude a contract in practices in the office or corresponding post.
Those interested have to have one of the minimum requirements for access to training established by the certificates of professionalism according to the levels of professional qualification, such as being in possession of the title of graduate in ESO or higher, certificate of professionalism of level 2 of another Specialty, certificate of professionalism of level 1 of the same professional area, fulfill the academic requirement of access to medium-level training cycles, or have passed the university entrance test for those over 25 years or 45 years respectively.
The selection of student-workers will be preceded, in any case, by the processing of the generic offer presented by the City of Totana to the Office of the SEF.
Candidates shortlisted by the Employment Office must present the day and time convened with original and photocopy of ID, original and photocopy of academic titles, curriculum vitae and letter of citation from the Employment Office.
Likewise, a waiting list will be established to cover any vacancies that may occur during the project;
