Users and users of the Day Center for Elderly Dependents of Totana, within the program of Christmas activities, visit the IV Belén Solidario made by the Brotherhood of Veronica.
Taking advantage of the occasion, they deliver the products collected at the center that will be donated to the NGO Jesus Abandonado, work done by this brotherhood for 4 years.
The users and workers of the center were welcomed by the Brotherhood president, José Ramón Peñalver and members of the same, who very kindly explained to the participants the origin of the nativity scenes and specifically that of the brotherhood, as well as the realization of the montage, The different biblical passages and the novelties that had introduced this year with respect to the previous ones.
The elders enjoyed visiting the nativity scene and seeing the quality of their details, ending the day with a tasting of typical sweets.
From the Day Center for Older People we would like to thank the Brotherhood of Veronica for the kindness they have had with us by offering us their time for this activity.
And we hope to be able to repeat next year.
