Last Sunday 8 was held in Huercal-Overa the V Carrera del Cochinillo, the first road test with the presence of CC Santa Eulalia this 2017. Lorenzo, Pepe, Raul, Pedro Antonio and Juanan
The route was composed of 16 laps to a circuit of 4km sinuous and fast that demanded a great effort to the cyclists.
Ours started well into the race but the speed and pace that was diminishing the group of 120 initial riders made it could only end with the best Pedro Antonio,
The others had good sensations and made a good race until the last decisive laps and it serves as preparation for the coming competitions, like Interclub Campo of Cartagena and Mar Menor, that starts in two weeks.
On the other hand in Valencia also was disputed last weekend the championship of Spain of ciclocross where also there was representation of the totanero club on the part of Fernando Cabrera.
The race would run through a rather flat circuit, with two areas of stairs and two pools of sand that would make it difficult to test and which cyclists would have to do 7 laps.
Fernando that would leave the last of the grid of exit of 90m-30, would finish in the 30 position of its category.
