Contracts for direct care services for the basic home care (SAD) and management of the home care service for dependents are extended (29/12/2016)

The Local Government Board has agreed to extend the contract for direct care services for the basic home care benefit (SAD) and its complementary management of the home care service for dependent persons.

This agreement is established during a period of three months for the bidding of the new contract to provide the home help service of the City of Totana by dependency and municipal SAD.

This contract ended on December 31 and is approved considering the need to continue providing these services in order to provide in their home to people in a situation of dependence personal care in the conduct of activities of daily living and coverage Of domestic needs, making it possible for the beneficiary to stay in the home for as long as possible.

This City Council needs to extend the service of home help to extend it to dependent persons and thus comply with the collaboration agreement signed between the Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities and the Consistory totanero.
