The Department of Services has invested so far this year 7,652.62 euros to revalue the public spaces of the urban center and the districts by performing repainting, of which 4,000 euros have gone to the repainting of horizontal signage in The town center.
In addition, these works of repainting horizontal signage on the public road will continue in the first quarter of 2017.
These works promoted by this Council have allowed the banks of the Municipal Cemetery, the social place of El Raiguero and the surrounding urban furniture, the repainting of the spaces destined to the areas of the ORA, as well as the elimination of the graffiti In San Roque, fairground, some areas of Balsa Vieja and Santo Cristo square.
It has also been painted the urban furniture of the fairgrounds, Calle Juan XXIII, Avenida de Lorca, San Roque and different areas of the Tirol-Camilleri neighborhood.
Likewise, the councilman of the branch, Víctor Balsas, has reported that during the Christmas holidays they will do painting work in the schools "Tierno Galván" and "Santa Eulalia", respectively.
These actions will allow to develop work of repainting the urban furniture, demarcation of the sports court in the first, and painting of the children's playground in the second for the amount of 1,051.51 euros.
Likewise, in the first quarter of 2017, CEIP "Santiago" will perform painting on the facade and treatment against humidity for 300 euros;
As well as painting of the facade of the school of Lébor by amount of 270 euros;
With an investment in schools of 1,615.26 euros
