The Local Government Board has recently approved the proposal of the Councilor for Older People, Antonia Camacho, to sign the collaboration agreement between the City of Totana and the Autonomous Community, through the Institute Murciano de Acción Social (IMAS), to finance 69 residential places in the residence "La Purísima" for the next two years for an amount of 1.5 million euros.
The Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities has presented the collaboration agreement between the Autonomous Community and the Consistory totanero for the care of elderly people in residential squares of the aforementioned geriatric of Totana.
The agreement will be valid for 24 months, effective from January 1, 2017 until December 31, 2018, respectively.
The price of the occupied square for 2017 will be 51.32 euros the place / user per day and the price of the reserved place will be 75% of the amount of the occupied square.
In this case, it is considered occupied seat assigned to a user expressly by resolution of the competent body;
And a reserved place is defined as one that, once the first incorporation has taken place, is not occupied, or the holder is absent by virtue of permission, leave or confinement in a hospital.
The total cost of this agreement that commits the IMAS amounts to 1,572,706, 95 euros;
And this one aims to satisfy the needs of integral attention of the elderly people through the reservation and occupation of residential squares in this center located in the street La Monja of this locality.
The agreement between the two administrations also establishes the basic services of the users, such as accommodation, maintenance, laundry, personal care, control and protection, geriatric care, as well as social, occupational and rehabilitation care, among others.
