The Local Government Board has recently approved a second time, the initiation and conduct of the tender procedure and contract documents for the award by open procedure, the special administrative contract to operate the bar-cafeteria in the park municipal "Marcos Ortiz".
As reported by the Councillor for Employment, Ana Canovas, this procedure begins after completion of the existing contract so far and whose public service is linked to the municipal park, mandatory provision in the municipalities of more than 5,000 inhabitants.
All interested contractors may submit a proposal and a minimum annual fee of 9,600 euros is set, with a maximum initial period of up to 12 months from the end of the contract.
The contractor must satisfy the aforementioned canon in natural quarterly periods in advance by debiting a bank.
The contract period is ten years renewable for periods of one year to a maximum of fifteen years of the contract, including extensions, says the mayor of Procurement.
