This Sunday on 02 October, the IRONMAN OF BARCELONA toughest test in the triathlon consisting of 3,800 swim, 180 km bike and 42.195 m race, the event was held participated one of the members of our club, Thomas Bonsack , it goes without saying that from the club we have to send our congratulations for only having finished the test, saying that Thomas is the first year that made Triathlon and after starting the season by participating in a HALF IRONMAN like SEVILLA, and I participate in some of sprint and Olympic, faced the year's biggest challenge and that had marked from the beginning, and it has got a very good time, achieving complete it in 12 hours and 26 minutes, that to be a first participation is a good brand.
