The Department of Works and Municipal Infrastructure of the City of Totana plans to build a playground during this term in the neighborhood of San Jose, on land that are existing municipal property behind the CEIP of this neighborhood and along the street Mexico .
The area councilor, Victor Balsas, has reported that the aim of his department is to build it before the end of this mandate;
so that is a "priority, but without forgetting the economic situation being experienced by the Consistory".
The mayor has met on several occasions with the Association of Residents of the neighborhood of San Jose and, after studying all alternatives to build a green and children's entertainment and given the economic circumstances of the City Council, it has decided to carry out the project a municipal site of the neighborhood.
The Department has scheduled municipal technicians begin to draft the aforementioned project later this year.
Victor Balsas explained that "the economic situation is not possible to deal with their own resources this investment, but it is the intention of the Department to present the project in future calls for grants from the Autonomous Community in order to gather the necessary funding for their implementation".
