The Department of Water and Sewerage Totana City Council has referred to the Directorate General of Water of the Autonomous Community draft a new phase sewer Paretón to assess their future implementation, whose budget amounts to 500,000 euros.

This project is drafted several years ago by the municipal technicians but still could not run due to budgetary problems;

so the municipal government intends to proceed to construction in this term, affecting more than fifty houses in the rural town Cantareros.

At a meeting held in early summer between the mayor, Juan José Canovas, and the general director of Water, Andres Martinez French, it was circulated to the need to undertake this project sanitation, which would benefit users of upcoming housing to the area of ​​the Hermitage and the Potters callea of ​​this hamlet, among others.
