A total of 15 young people from Totana, Alhama and Lorca, performed since early this week English course preparatory classes for obtaining certificate of English at B2 / FIRST level by the University of Cambridge.
This is a program of the Directorate General Youth in the Region of Murcia aimed at 16- to 30-year-old, organized in collaboration with La Caixa (Banco de Murcia), the Association of Students of Arts at the University of Murcia (ALUM ) and the municipalities in the region.
In addition, it has been organized in order to enable young people in the Region of Murcia obtaining certificates of English at level B1 / PET and B2 / FIRST by the University of Cambridge through the provision of preparatory classes in different municipalities of the region.
In the municipality of Totana, it is giving the B2 / FIRST level.
The classes began on June 27 will last until 8 July in the 17 to 20 am, in the Socio-Cultural Center "Jail."
The councilman of Youth, Inmaculada Blazquez, expressed his satisfaction that was concluded this training initiative in Totana and thanked the Department of Youth performing such initiatives.
He also pointed out that this is an action included in the program "Totana Summer" and emphasized the importance of learning and mastery of languages ​​for young people towards their integration into the labor market.
