It is open the deadline for registration in the "Training course for Dependent Care" (10/05/2016)

The Department of Economic Development, Public Works, Employment and Industry of the City of Totana organized, together with the State Association and caregivers in Rural Areas "Solidarity", the "Training course for the Care of Dependents" lasting 40 hours, from 13 to 28 June this year.

This training will be funded by the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia and the European Social Fund, along with the collaboration of COAG Murcia.

The objective of this training initiative is to provide basic and ongoing training for carers who care for people in situations of dependency, providing them with knowledge about dependency, aging and care necessary and basic skills to own, giving them a diploma official completion of the course.

In short, it is training both carers of dependents, as well as any other person purporting to direct his professional life in this sector, with the aim that the end of their learning are prepared for this work.

In addition, this course can be complemented with a workshop on job search.

The completion of this training is framed within the collaboration agreement that the City of Totana signed with the Association of state level and non-profit and whose main purpose provide comprehensive care for the elderly in rural areas, while that support family committed to the care of the elderly.

Under this agreement, the courses on "Techniques in animation elderly and disabled" were held and "Communication Techniques in the care of dependent persons" also taught in Totana from September to November 2015.

The "Training course for the Care of Dependents" will be held in the CLD of Totana, located in the industrial park "The Saladar" specifically in the C / New Orchards, No. 5, Monday through Thursday, 16 : 00 to 20:00.
