The XXVII Olympiad Spanish Physics was held at the University of Sevilla from 22 to 25 April.
Murcia was represented by a team of six students, two of whom are students of International Baccalaureate at IES Juan de la Cierva and Codorníu Totana: Francisco Molina Canovas and Raquel Diaz Mora, who attended the event, accompanied by professor of Physics Miguel Cañizares Millán.
In this Olympiad participated 132 high school students from all over Spain, winners of their respective regional phases, so the level was really high, and the difficulty of experimental and theoretical evidence proposed.
Within the overall good results obtained by the Murcia team, from the Institute congratulate his student Raquel Diaz was awarded an Honorable Mention in this demanding scientific competition.
