The Department of Culture reports that on Thursday, April 14, the second of the scheduled conferences within the series entitled "Totana at the crossroads", under the program "Totana Cultural" held, held every Thursday April in the halls of the Sociedad Gran Casino of the town.
The conference, to be held from 20:30 pm entitled "Totana, five hundred years building up" by the historian and chronicler Juan Canovas, and archaeologist José Antonio Sánchez Pravia.
The talk "Totana, genesis of a unique landscape" served last Thursday to inaugurate the series of talks, which opened totanero geologist Gregorio Romero.
The conference, like the rest of the programmed was held in the halls of the Grand Casino Society, and was widely accepted public until full capacity of this cultural site.
In addition, on April 21 will be the conference "Totana in the twentieth: a century of crisis, a present of changes" that will provide the psychologist and writer Alfonso Cayuela;
and on April 28 will be the talk "Totana, present continuous, open future", whose speakers will Mariola Lopez lawyer and social worker Pedro legs.
