Three people in the sales department COATO have traveled to Nuremberg to attend the stand of the cooperative enterprise and assist commercial and institutional events held on the occasion of the influx of major economic and institutional partners linked to the European organic sector, from all the world.
COATO sales team has cared for at the stand and regulars as well as to individuals and companies that have shown a potential interest in their products, while has visited customers and potential customers as well who have known the news and innovations that have been reported at the fair, as for presentations, new packaging and formats produced and organic products.
President COATO which joined the Fair on Thursday from Colombia, to where he had accompanied the European Commissioner for Agriculture as one of the three European organic companies who participated in the Conference on Sustainable Development and Organic Farming in Colombia and the Andean countries - he took advantage of the fair to maintain contacts and various commercial and institutional meetings.
Such as those held with representatives of the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, the IFOAM EU (European Organization representative organic sector, which is linked COATO), with the President of Ecovalia (the leading European certification that certifies and links to more than half of the Spanish organic area) and other authorities such as the Minister of agriculture of Andalusia (Mª Carmen Ortiz) and several executives of his Ministry, with whom the President of COATO was discussing the possibility to install a branch in Andalusia, with some its facilities specifically dedicated to organic products.
