Alejandra L pez, Marta Cifuentes, Luc a Romero and Yvonne Conijn win the 1st Christmas Postcard Contest, organized by the Department of Culture of the Totana City Council, and in which students of different educational levels of some schools in the municipality.
The jury, which met recently, was chaired by the Councilor for Culture, Ver nica Carricondo, and as members it was made up of municipal technicians Francisco Salcedo García and Luc a Martínez Aledo. A total of 78 postcards have been submitted, of which 47 corresponded to category A, 16 to category B, 13 to C and 2 postcards to D. In this way, in category A, a prize in school supplies is awarded for an amount of 50 euros to Alejandra L pez Mart nez; in category B, a prize for school supplies amounting to 50 euros to Marta Cifuentes Merlo, in category C, a prize for school supplies amounting to 75 euros to Luc a Romero Salas; and in category D, a prize of 100 euros to Yvonne Conijn Duivens. The Department of Culture had organized this Christmas Postcard Contest with the aim of not losing the tradition of sending these congratulations on such special dates, as well as encouraging participation and art expression Ethics of our citizens, from the smallest to the adults. In it, people born or residing in the municipality of Totana can participate and four categories are established: Category A, from 6 to 8 years old, Category B, from 9 to 11 years old, Category C, from 12 to 17 years old and Category D, from 18 years old and over. The theme of the postcard should allude to Christmas and creativity, originality, color, as well as motifs related to Totana at Christmas will be valued.
The drawing had to be made on paper or cardboard with the dimensions 20 by 10 centimeters, being the free technique being able to use all kinds of plastic materials. See all jobs function { ;(, , {});}
