The Council of Equality in collaboration with the rest of the Councilors of our City Council is preparing the III PLAN FOR EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES BETWEEN MEN AND WOMEN OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TOTANA. For this, a few weeks ago we put at your disposal a SURVEY through which we are gathering information about the total reality in terms of equality.
It is about knowing your impressions and opinions about all those factors that, in your opinion, influence the roles of women and men in Totana. With the implementation of the III Equality Plan, a series of actions will be carried out in order to Eliminate Inequalities that still exist in our society and apply the Gender Perspective in all spheres, therefore it is important carry out a detailed analysis to identify the causes of role differences and their consequences in our municipality in order to act directly on them and build a more egalitarian society, so that the more people participate in this analysis, the better .
