Presented immediately at the scene, the agents were able to observe how in an interior room of about 20 square meters, there were 18 people without masks, without keeping interpersonal distance and drinking from several liter bottles of beer.
All the people were identified and proposed for sanction for violation of article 7.1.e of Decree Law 8/2020, for participating in a private event without complying with the prevention regulations.
The premises were sealed as a precautionary measure due to the existence of a serious risk to people's health and the owner of the activity has been proposed for a SERIOUS penalty, which will range between 3,001 and 60,000 Euros,and the premises will be sealed until the sanctioning file is resolved, with a minimum of 15 days. The second establishment was sealed on Sunday, November 8.
In a hotel establishment, agents observed a group of 5 people consuming in the bar window, when such activity was expressly prohibited, since only home delivery or collection at the premises is allowed, but not its consumption direct and immediate.
The owner of the premises had already been sanctioned previously for breach of schedule, excess capacity and for not complying with other preventive measures by allowing more than six people to sit at the tables, so it was sealed by the agents as a precautionary measure, in prevention of the risk of contagion.
The pecuniary sanction can range between 3,001 and 60,000 Euros, and the premises will be sealed until the sanctioning file is resolved, with a minimum of 15 days. During the weekend of November 6 to 8, a total of 52 disciplinary proceedings were opened for non-compliance with sanitary measures: 2 for traveling by vehicle exceeding 50% of the authorized places of the same. 14 files for breaching the limitation of freedom of movement between 11 p.m.
