Now Totana proposes to inject more than € 60,000 to commerce and hospitality in Totana through the "EMERGE TOTANA" program (22/10/2020)

We continue working in support of all the citizens of Totana, and with this proposal, some groups that have been severely affected by the pandemic in our town; Thus, the Civil Platform “AHORA TOTANA” presents a motion to the ordinary plenary session of October to present and approve the “EMERGE TOTANA” program, which aims to directly inject more than 60,000 Euros into the commerce and hospitality industry of Totana.We present for your approval a "BONUS PROGRAM OF 10 EUROS DISCOUNT ON CONSUMPTIONS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 30 EUROS IN THE COMMERCE AND HOSPITALITY OF TOTANA".The "EMERGE TOTANA" program CONSISTS OF ISSUING 2,000 10 EURO BONDS, fully financed by the Totana City Council, to be distributed among Merchants and Hoteliers who adhere to this program.

For consumption equal to or greater than 30 euros in TOTANA establishments, you will receive a discount of 10 euros from the voucher, that is, "THE CONSUMER SPENDS 30 EUROS OR MORE AND PAYS 10 EUROS LESS".Therefore, a minimum of € 60,000 is injected into local commerce and hospitality, since the City Council will finance € 20,000 in bonds and the rest will be paid by consumers, benefiting from that € 10 discount that will have a direct impact on those two so damaged sectors, but they are vital to the local economy.
