The Department of Urban Planning and Activity Licenses has resolved a total of 21 files of changes of ownership so far in 2020, referring to businesses and activities requested and processed at this time.In addition, during 2019, 2 requested activity licenses were granted, 22 responsible declarations and 36 changes of ownership.In the last Local Government Board, a total of eight qualifying titles and authorizations have been approved, among which a basic project to expand the fruit and vegetable industry in Lébor and the adaptation of a premises for a dental clinic in Santomera street, among others.
