The Plenary of Totana agreed, in its last session and unanimously, to urge the Autonomous Community to process the files initiated by the inspection bodies of the town so that they are processed - according to the classification of each sanction with its corresponding financial fine, which in any case will be higher than 3,000 euros.This measure complies with the regulations contained in Decree-Law No.

8/2020, of July 16, which establishes the sanctioning regime for non-compliance with prevention and containment measures in the Murcia region to address the situation of the health crisis caused by covid-19.In addition, it was approved to urge the municipal government to punctually establish a strict and exhaustive control system in the compliance of people who are found with precautionary quarantine measures agreed by the competent health authority.The agreement, promoted by the Popular Municipal Group with an additional amendment from the Socialist Group, included requesting the Totana City Council to carry out an inspection work to comply with the prevention and containment measures applicable in the Region of Murcia to face the health situation caused by covid-19.The Socialist Group amendment referred to urging the Autonomous Community to promptly establish a strict and exhaustive control system in the compliance of people who are with precautionary quarantine measures, by hiring the number of trackers necessary for them to be can thus decongest the heavy workload of the health personnel of the two health centers of the municipality.The aforementioned decree-law establishes the sanctioning regime for non-compliance with prevention and containment measures in the Murcia region to face the situation of the health crisis caused by Covid-19 to deal with the resulting health crisis situation of COVID-19.This norm with the force of law establishes its own and specific sanctioning regime for the breach of the obligations established as prevention, containment and capacity measures and consequently of the obligations whose breach entails administrative responsibility, through which the violation of said measures and establishes the procedure for their demand.By means of this norm with the force of law, it is foreseen that the inspection personnel, as well as the local police, when issuing the report or complaint may propose the adoption of provisional measures, and even adopt them, immediately, in cases of serious risk to the people's health.
