The forecast is that this Wednesday the signaling work will begin, the traffic cut on this road and the stockpiling of material to start with the actions this Friday by making the first tastings that allow identifying the affected services.The Local Government Board declared at the beginning of September the emergency procedure to contract the renovation works of this section of the sewerage network on José Antonio Requena street in this town, awarding it to the company "Auxiliares Hermón SL", for a provisional amount of 14,960.72 euros.For several weeks a problem has been detected due to a breakdown in a section of the sewerage network that runs along the José Antonio Requena street road, due to the rupture and collapse of the pipe that has caused the waste that is evacuated from the buildings located between Juan XXIII and de la Fuente streets are not transported due to the malfunction of the aforementioned section of the network, causing leaks to the ground that are reaching the foundations of the buildings.This situation is creating an effect on the foundations of the buildings that lead to settlements in the same due to loss of the mechanical capacity of the land due to the presence of infiltrated water that results in very important problems in the structure, enclosures and other elements; In addition, significant leaks are taking place with the appearance of damp and water in the garage of the building that faces José Antonio Requena and Juan XXIII streets.In addition, this type of breakdown usually leads to cavities in the ground where the pipe is located, with the risk of subsidence in the ground that directly affects road and pedestrian traffic.
