As during this time all the regulatory protocols for prevention and care of sanitary measures had been kept, only the user who received personalized attention from the infected person is quarantined.Initially, the IMAS communicated to the Totana City Council in early September the need to delay the opening of the Day Centers for Disability due to the epidemiological situation caused by the health crisis as a result of COVID-19, and its postponement to September 14 .
