The use of the Electronic Office of the Totana City Council by citizens increased during the time of confinement, a period in which no in-person care was provided in the Citizen Service (SAC), 56.3% compared to the same time span of the previous year. According to sources from this municipal department, since the state of alarm was decreed by the spread of the pandemic by COVID-19 and until last May 24, a total of 602 electronic records were recorded at the address https: // totana .sedelectronica.es by citizens for the presentation of their applications. In 2019, from March 14 to May 24, 385 electronic registrations were made. Obligatory appointment for in-person care The Department of Interior Regime recalls that to carry out any face-to-face management, an appointment must be made, in advance, by calling 968 41 81 51 extension 441 and 442 from 9:00 to 14:00. Only those who have an appointment access the SAC, and no companions are allowed, except people with reduced mobility Users must be punctual to their appointment to avoid crowds and long waits abroad -the capacity is limited to 10 people-; and must come with a mask and pen.
