| It has already been extended due to the context of the health crisis | The Department of the Treasury recalls that this June 5 the voluntary collection period for the payment of the Tax on Mechanical Traction Vehicles ends, after it was extended a month due to the context of the health crisis following the coronavirus pandemic.This procedure can already be carried out at the Taxpayer Service Office (Calle San Cristóbal, 8 ground floor, Imprenta building) after its reopening a few weeks ago.
Once the indicated period has elapsed, the executive period will begin, proceeding to the collection of the unsatisfied fees, with the surcharges, default interest and the costs of the procedure.Likewise, taxpayers are informed that, for their convenience, they can make use of direct debit payment through banking entities, which would take effect for subsequent years.
