The Local Police of Totana has carried out, at the request of the health authorities or the Government Delegation, a total of 40 quarantine surveillance and investigations of possible contagion chains, in which a total of 128 people have been controlled.In addition, according to sources from the Local Police Headquarters, the agents have collaborated in the transfer of 2 residents infected since the health crisis began with COVID-19.Along with the actions that are generated to control the pandemic, the members of the Local Police have opened from April 7 to date, 5 disciplinary proceedings for the consumption of or illicit possession of toxic drugs on public roads, therefore violating article 36.6 of LO 4/2015 on Protection of Citizen Security. The opening of 12 disciplinary proceedings for violation of the precepts regulated in LO 4/2015 on Protection of Citizen Security have also been promoted: 7 for causing disorders on public roads (fights or fights), and 5 for disobedience or resistance to the agents, the majority for not wanting to identify themselves.Likewise, 5 cases have been processed for violation of LO 4/2000, of January 11, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration, for being irregularly in Spanish territory. In relation to municipal ordinances, a total of 13 disciplinary proceedings have been opened: 2 for causing discomfort with loud music in 2 homes and 11 for alcohol consumption on public roads.
