| It had been damaged by the use and acts of vandalism after its renovation a little over two years ago | The Department of Works and Infrastructures of the Totana City Council has repaired this week the children's recreational area of ??the municipal park "Marcos Ortiz", which had been damaged in the pavement and some children's games due to use and as a consequence of acts of vandalism after its remodeling ago just over two years.The performance, which has had a budget of more than 4,000 euros, has allowed the repair of the pavement of this playground and some playground elements in the park so that when this venue can be opened, it is in the best possible condition , as reported by the mayor of the field, Pedro José Sánchez.The City Council opened the new children's play area of ??the municipal park "Marcos Ortiz" to the public in December 2017, after the reform works undertaken, which had a budget of more than 81,000 euros and were financed under the Action Plan Regional Promotion of Municipal Works and Services 2016 of the Autonomous Community.The works were undertaken in its day, at the end of the aforementioned year, by the Department of Works and Infrastructure; and consisted of changing the pavement of the recreational area and some of the children's games located there, which did not comply with safety regulations.
