The Department of Education and Civil Protection volunteers, with the invaluable collaboration of the different educational centers of the municipality, have completed the delivery of books and school supplies for the third quarter of the school year in Early Childhood and Primary Education in order for the students to complete the same despite the pandemic.The final section of the course will be based mainly on reinforcement tasks and on the consolidation and recovery of the contents taught in person in the different subjects.During the past week, the distribution of books was carried out, under the coordination of the management teams and the teachers, in the same CEIP Santiago.
After the recommendations given by the Government Delegation, the rest of the educational communities had to do it in municipally owned premises: the Comarcal-Deitania schools (AAVV Olímpico-Las Peras social venue), La Cruz (AAVV San Francisco social venue), Santa Eulalia and Luis Pérez Rueda (Sports Pavilion Manolo Ibáñez) and San José (AAVV San José social club).The Department was responsible for coordinating the work with the teaching teams and custodians of the Special Employment Center, as well as the presence of Civil Protection volunteers, who guide and monitor parents in the control of security and protection measures and regulations.
