Yesterday afternoon, within the Strategic Plan against Drug Trafficking, promoted by the Local Police of Alhama de Murcia, a 49-year-old man was arrested for an alleged crime against public health.
The events took place at approximately 4:30 p.m., when the author was surprised at an intersection in the town and when he became aware of the police presence, he carried out an evasive maneuver that did not go unnoticed by the agents.
After being identified and searched, 15.2 grams of coca base, 8.5 grams of heroin and 5.5 grams of cocaine, prepared for distribution, were seized, as well as two precision scales.
The detainee is a neighbor from Totana, with a long criminal record, with a history of drug trafficking and robbery with force in things.
It was made available to the Civil Guard along with the substances seized and the procedures carried out.
More arrests are not ruled out in the next few hours, related to the plan promoted, after having detected behaviors of distribution of narcotic substances at home.
