After a calm morning on Wednesday, this afternoon the evolution clouds will grow strongly and showers and storms will develop, which locally can be strong and accompanied by small hail.
Storms will generally move from west to east or southwest to northeast.
The greatest probability occurs in the interior and pre-littoral, although it cannot be ruled out that some may reach the coast.
Due to this situation, the AEMET has activated the yellow warning for storms in the Altiplano, Northwest and Vega del Segura, although we think that the Guadalentín Valley should also be activated by this situation.
In any case, the warnings may change as the situation evolves.
Tomorrow, Thursday, as a continuation of the storms this coming afternoon / night, during the first hours of the morning there could still be showers and storms, improving afterwards.
After another calm morning, again from midday onwards, vertically developing clouds will grow again, which will discharge showers and storms, locally strong and accompanied by hail.
The movement of storms will become approximately north to south.
It seems that the probability and extent of storms will be somewhat less than today, but caution will have to be exercised.
Just like Wednesday, they will be more likely indoors.
As usual on these occasions, the differences in precipitation can be very important in a few kilometers, there may even be places where it does not rain.

In the long term, it seems that the instability that may come to Spain will not affect the Region of Murcia.
