The plenary hall of the City of Totana last night hosted the simple institutional act of inauguration of the new pediatric mayors and the new Neighborhood Board of El Paretón-Cantareros for this 2019/2023 legislature thus beginning their official career as neighborhood representatives in seven of The eight districts.
