The Local Government Board has agreed to initiate the file for contracting pavement replacement assistance in the actions of the Municipal Water Service, as well as processing the contract referred to by means of an open procedure, the only criterion for awarding the price.

The specifications of legal, economic-administrative clauses, drafted and signed by the secretary general, which appears in the file and the technical specifications drafted by the municipal industrial technical engineer, which must govern the bidding and adjudication of this contract.

This agreement is established considering that to cover the needs of the Municipal Water Service in the maintenance and improvement works of drinking water, sewerage and rainwater networks and to repair the damages caused in the tread, as a result of the repairs of the breakdowns , the replacement of the bituminous pavement is needed, with hot bituminous mixture.
