San Pedro del Pinatar hosted last Wednesday, January 29, the Regional Final of Field through School Sports, organized by the General Directorate of Sports of the Region of Murcia, in the children, cadet and youth categories, where twenty-one Totanero schoolchildren participated.

The schoolchildren belonged to the IES Juan de la Cierva, IES Prado Mayor, and the Reina Sofía and La Milagrosa schools.

In this regard, they highlighted the good results in the cadet category, where María Cánovas Fernández (La Milagrosa) and Carmen Escarabajal Martínez (Reina Sofía) finished in 12th and 13th positions respectively in the female modality;

while in male mode, Nfaly Thyana Pérez (IES Juan de la Cierva) finished in 12th place.

In the rest of the categories, the best classified totaneros were the following: Mariana Martínez Rocha (Prado Mayor), in the 48th position of the female children's category;

Alejandro Puerto Usero (Juan de la Cierva), in the 55th position of the male child category;

Celia Valero Martínez (Juan de la Cierva), in 28th place in the women's youth category;

and Vicente Vivancos Bosque (Prado Mayor), in 71st place in the men's youth category.
