The Local Government Board has recently agreed to the transfer by the City Council of Totanadel municipal social premises located in the Minister Fernández Ordóñez Street, number 3 to the San Francisco Neighborhood Association for the management and revitalization of the same.
In the next few days, the mayor, Juan José Cánovas, and the president of the AAVV San Francisco, Domingo Sánchez Cerdá, will sign the collaboration agreement whose validity will be one year from the date of its signature.
The Association of Neighbors San Francisco undertakes to carry out non-profit activities for the revitalization of the social premises of the San Francisco neighborhood.
Collaboration and participation fees will be used to cover the costs of concierge and infrastructure maintenance.
In addition, they must make responsible use of the social premises, respecting the rest of the neighbors;
carry out the concierge and cleaning service of all the premises of the social premises, exterior toilets, terrace area and warehouses.
The cleaning will be done during hours that do not imply an interruption in the programming of activities to be carried out in the different premises of the social premises.
It is also necessary to make proper use, maintenance and conservation of the facilities and materials assigned to repair at your expense the breakdowns and damages that occur as a result of their use.
The Association of Neighbors San Francisco may provide the materials it deems appropriate for the proper revitalization of the social premises, requesting authorization from the Department of Citizen Participation and communicating the date of contribution thereof;
and you must take out liability insurance.
Similarly, the neighborhood association must cover all expenses (telephone, internet, repairs, cleaning products, etc.) that are derived from the use of the premises, without prejudice to the adoption of other measures that contribute to the City Council coverage of these expenses.
The Association of Neighbors San Francisco, upon request and authorization by the City Council, may undertake improvement actions in the social premises, submitting a request to the City Council of Totana and specifying the improvements to be made and their budget.
Finally, you must inform the Department of Citizen Participation of the occupation and use of all units of the social premises.
The City of Totana through the Department of Citizen Participation collaborates with the social fabric of the municipality in the transfer of municipal social infrastructure for the development of non-profit activities that have an impact on improving the quality of life of neighbors and the revitalization and improvement of the neighborhoods and districts of the municipality in which they are developed.
