The Department of Commerce recalls that they have full freedom to determine the days and hours in which they will remain open to the public throughout the national territory establishments dedicated mainly to the sale of pastry and pastries, bread, prepared dishes, press, fuels and fuels, florists and plants.
They can also do the establishments of sale of small size that have a useful area for exposure and sale to the public less than 300 square meters, excluding those belonging to companies or distribution groups that do not have the consideration of small and medium enterprises according to the current legislation.
In the case of those businesses that do not have the freedom to determine the days and hours in which to remain open, the Ministry of Employment, Universities, Business and Environment, under the order of December 13, 2018, published in the BORM On December 18, 2018, it determines the calendar of opening to the public of shops on Sundays and holidays in the Region of Murcia for the year 2019.
Thus, the Ministry authorizes the opening of the following six days in the month of December: December 1, 6, 8, 15, 22 and 29.
