Light rain and strong wind in the Region of Murcia]
A deep storm with a very active cold front will cause a storm of rain (Friday) and wind (Friday and Saturday) in the Iberian Peninsula.
In the Region of Murcia we will also notice the change of time.
In the Region of Murcia, tomorrow Friday will be a very cloudy or overcast day.
The front will arrive in our area in the afternoon, beginning to leave rainfall around 3:00 p.m. at some points, rains becoming widespread throughout the territory in the following hours.
They will be weak, or locally moderated temporarily.
In a very local way they could be accompanied by a small electrical device.
Temperatures will be somewhat higher than today.
The wind will get worse in the afternoon at the front step, especially in high areas, on the coast and in the Campo de Cartagena, where in the latter zone the yellow warning has been activated by strong winds.
It is estimated that rainfall will be between 3 and 10 mm approximately, according to zones.
On Saturday, the front will have passed, opening large clearings, but some weak rainfall may continue to occur in the innermost part of the Region in the first half of the day, where temperatures will also drop somewhat.
The most notable phenomenon on Saturday will be the wind, which will increase its intensity, being able to blow strong, or even very strong in high areas, so you have to take precautions especially in the mountains.
At the moment there are no warnings activated by this phenomenon, but it cannot be ruled out that they end up being activated.
Although the Region of Murcia is not going to be greatly affected by this storm, we recommend extreme precautions by the wind, especially on Saturday.
