From the Platform of the Youth of Totana they believe that the generation of public policies for youth is a subject still pending for the Consistory, so they ask the Totanera political class to focus on improving the problems of the youth of the municipality.
"It is as important to make our problems talk about how to solve them," said Juan Francisco Torres, president of the youth entity.
He emphasized the lack of public spaces where he could study and / or carry out group work;
the absence of healthy and responsible leisure alternatives with the environment, the lack of meeting spaces to be able to speak or dialogue ...
Torres asked the different political groups to support all those initiatives that are presented in the Plenary, aimed at the realization of the proposal to create a space for the young people of Totana, as a solution to these problems.
Similarly, he demanded Totana politicians to think long term and said: "the alternative to not supporting the creation of a space for youth, are the bookmakers."
The Youth Platform sent a proposal for the creation of a space for youth at the José Munuera y Abadía Reading Center last week to all plenary political groups, from which youth policies could be carried out, where Young were the protagonists.
