The Plenary Session of the City Council of Totana last night, in extraordinary session, the random draw through a computer program, in which the 288 neighbors of Totana were chosen to be at the 32 tables of the 11 polling stations on the occasion of the elections Generals on November 10.
The nine necessary positions in each table have been designated (3 holders and two substitutes for each position).
In each table a president and two titular vowels are chosen, plus two substitutes for each one of the positions.
After the draw held yesterday, the designated will be notified within three days, so that once the relevant administrative notifications have been received at the addresses - by certified mail or by the Local Police - there are seven days to justify before the Central Board a documented cause that prevents being at the table, resolving it within five days.
The municipality of Totana will have 11 polling stations, with a total of 32 tables, as recently announced by the Electoral Census Office of the National Statistics Institute to the General Secretariat and the Statistics Service of the City of Totana.
The eleven electoral colleges are the Municipal Center of the Third Age, the Sociocultural Center "La Cárcel", the CEIP "Santiago", the Social Center of the High Era, the Social Center of San Roque, the Local of the Capuchin Fathers, the CEIP "Santa Eulalia", the CEIP "Guadalentín" in El Paretón, the Adult Education Classrooms of the Old Institute, the CEIP "Tierno Galván" and the Tirol-Camilleri Social Center.
In total 27 sections are counted in the 32 polling stations, and more than 20,100 voters as of today.
Each polling station will consist of a president and two members and the positions are mandatory;
and three alternates will also be chosen.
The formation of the tables is of the municipalities under the supervision of the zone meetings.
These have been designated by public lottery and they entered those people who know how to read and write and are under 70 years (from 65 years can resign within seven days).
The president must have a baccalaureate degree or a vocational training degree, second grade.
