The versatile artist Alfonso Gallego has donated to the City of Totana a painting of his personal work in thanks to the exhibition “A walk through the foothills of Sierra Espuña.
Songs, paintings and poems â€, which he organized in the municipal exhibition hall“ Gregorio Cebrián â€from September 20 to October 3.
The promoter of the exhibition delivered to the councilor of Totanera Culture, Verónica Carricondo, of the work that becomes part of the municipal inventory and will be exhibited in the offices of the Consistory totanero.

Songs, paintings and poems â€, by the versatile Alfonso Gallego, was inaugurated last Friday night and will remain open until next October 3 in the municipal exhibition hall“ Gregorio Cebrián â€.
With this exhibition, which has been attended by numerous public during the past weeks, the new season of cultural activities in this public infrastructure was opened.
The event featured, at its inauguration, the participation of the San Agustín de Aledo Choir groups that performed the piece "Aledo, is our land", and Totana Strings and Voices that sang "Ciudad de Totana";
while both groups did it with the song "Sierra Espuña, airs of life".
The exhibition offered the visitor a tour of Sierra Espuña through different cultural formats, such as its landscapes through painting (watercolors and acrylics), music (sheet music and singing) and reading (poems and recited).
The Councilor for Culture thanked the gesture to Alfonso Gallego and encouraged him to continue with this extensive and neat artistic career linked to the promotion and knowledge of the cultural benefits that treasure the towns of Totana and Aledo, and their people.
