The Local Government Board has recently awarded the contract of Promotion Activities and visits to Places of Tourist Interest of the municipality of Totana, which promotes the Department of Tourism and will allow the organization of a program of tourist visits to buildings and spaces of interest for Neighbors and visitors.
The contract has been awarded to the mercantile "Connection Culture, SL" that will pay a fee of 2,750 euros a year to the Consistory totanero.
This service includes the program of visits to the site of La Bastida;
and a wider guided tour program is added that will be launched by the Department of Tourism to different points of interest in the municipality of Totana.
Thus, they will organize visits to the Municipal Cemetery "Our Lady of Carmen" on the occasion of the dates of All Saints, dramatized on the occasion of the patron saint festivities of Santiago, hiking trails to Sierra Espuña and visits to the Sociocultural Center "La Jail".
In the coming weeks this ambitious service will be officially presented with which the Department intends to expand and improve tourist visits in order to diversify the existing offer.
