Today we have already noticed a rise in temperatures compared to yesterday and they exceed 38 ºC in most of the Region, even touching the 40 ºC at some point.
But tomorrow temperatures will continue to rise and therefore the orange warning has been activated (except on the coast) for maximum temperatures that can reach 41 ºC, even touching 42 ºC.
On Thursday we will notice a slight relief, but the heat will remain intense.
It will be a temporary descent, because on Friday and Saturday they will rise again and will be two very hot days, with temperatures around or exceeding 40 ºC in the valleys and low areas of the Region.
It is likely that during these two days the orange warning is also activated.
As usual, coastal areas will get rid of extreme heat due to breezes, but the heat will also be intense and hot.
From Sunday temperatures will drop to values closer to the average.
Civil Protection Totana recommends taking extreme precautions and acting with common sense in high temperatures.
In addition, the risk of fire will be very high or extreme during the next few days, so, before any fire or smoke column, contact 112.
