The Local Development Center of Totana maintains during this month of August its active services to provide advice to all those people registered in this municipality, who need work and training guidance, in order to find a professional exit or train-recycle.

At the same time, coordination work is carried out with local businesses and by contacting potential candidates with the objective of filling vacancies that arise in their organizations.

This service has, for this purpose, Employment and Training Bags with registered users demanding employment and training, information on job and training offers, as well as courses for both unemployed and workers.

These include the Certificates of Professionalism, Training Projects and Mixed Employment and Training Programs that are taught and managed at the Local Development Center, among other types of collaborative training offered by different organizations.

Among the occupations most demanded by users are those related to the services sector, such as cleaning, dependent, public attention, caregiver of elderly people, receptionist or administrative, among others.

At the Local Development Center, in parallel to the Employment and Training Exchange for people over 30, called ADL-Insert, the Local Youth Employment Center and the Youth Guarantee System are managed, the latter aimed at children under 30 .
