The plenary hall of the Totana City Council hosted the extraordinary session of the plenary session of the Commonwealth Tourism of Sierra Espuña for the approval of the minutes of the previous sessions, giving as closed the legislature.
This body has been chaired in its last section, since it has a rotating presidency every legislature, by the former mayor of Totana, Andrés García Cánovas.
Now, each of the member councils must designate their representatives in this joint entity.
The Commonwealth of Tourist Services of Sierra Espuña is a fundamental piece in the Territory, next to the Regional Park, since its implementation 15 years ago.
It is composed of the municipalities of Aledo, Librilla, Pliego, Mula, Totana and Alhama de Murcia.
In addition, it has a wide territory that offers a complete and varied proposal of gastronomy, culture, museums, archeology, parties, hotels, rural houses and activities to show tourists our environment from different points of view.
