The Board of Spokesmen has met today, for the first time in this term, in order to give an account by the mayor, Juan José Cánovas, of the resolutions and proposals that make up the agenda of the extraordinary plenary session that will take place next Monday, July 15 (8:00 pm), in relation to the reorganization of the political and administrative structure of the Totanero Consistory.

The first mayor has explained to the spokesmen of the six municipal groups, in a meeting held in the boardroom of the Mayor's Office, the forecast that has functioning of the different areas and collegiate bodies for this new term.

In addition, the Board of Spokesmen has addressed other issues related to the news that exist on the new layout of the AVE project as it passes through the municipality of Totana.

The agenda includes the constitution of the political groups, their composition and their spokespersons;

as well as the resolution of the Mayor's office on the appointment of the deputy mayor, the constitution of the Local Government Board and the delegations of the Mayor's Office in it.

It also includes the delegations of the Mayor's Office to the councilors of the Municipal Corporation and the proposal of the Mayor's Office on the establishment of the periodicity of the plenary sessions for this term.

Likewise, the proposals of the Mayor's Office on the creation and composition of the informative commissions are addressed, as well as to determine the compensation for assistance to collegiate bodies, subsidies to the municipal groups and determination of the remuneration of councilors with full and partial dedication. .

The Plenary will also deal with the proposal of the Mayor's Office to establish the plenary delegations in the Local Government Board;

and on appointment of the representatives of the Municipal Corporation in the Municipal School Council and in the School Councils of the educational centers of Totana.

Finally, the Mayor's proposal on the declaration of incompatibility of José Antonio Andreo Moreno, new candidate councilor of the political party "Plataforma Ciudadana Ahora Totana" and public employee of the Totana City Council, will be discussed.

The Mayor's intention is to hold two meetings of spokespersons, at least, every month in order to establish agile channels of communication between the Government and opposition groups.
