The State Agency of Meteorology has issued a report on adverse weather phenomena yellow level temperatures that tomorrow, day 12, may reach 38 degrees in the Altiplano, Northwest, Vega del Segura, Guadalentín Valley Lorca and Eagles.
Therefore it is recommended to take extreme precautions in order to prevent the effects of these temperatures on health and follow the indications provided for these cases, such as avoiding direct exposure to the sun;

drink fluids and eat fruit and vegetables frequently;
