We left behind the episode of intense and widespread rains in the Valencian Community, southeast of Castilla-La Mancha and Murcia, which began last Thursday 18 and ended on Monday 22, being Saturday 20 the day in which the thick was concentrated of precipitation (today's precipitation has been due to a different situation).
The balance is very positive in general.
In the municipality of Totana, the rains have not caused significant incidents, but they have been a relief for the fields and vegetation of our mountains, as well as for the recharge of aquifers.
As it usually happens, the most important rains have been recorded in Sierra Espuña, where the orographic effect always causes an increase in rainfall.
In general, the whole municipality has received remarkable amounts: more than 100 mm in the Sierra Espuña, between 80 and 100 mm in the city of Totana and its surroundings and below 80 mm to the south and west of the municipality.
