Software maintenance service for human resources management at City Hall is awarded (10/01/2019)

The Local Government Board has recently awarded, at the proposal of the Councilor for Finance and Hiring, Ana María Cánovas, the minor contract of the software maintenance service for the management of Human Resources, and more specifically the payroll-GINPIX7, to the commercial "Advanced Solutions in Informática Aplicada, SL" (SAVIA) for an amount of 4,100.24 euros for the year 2019.

This initiative is agreed as the computer programs require a maintenance that allows adapting it to the new requirements that arise, as well as being susceptible to receive modifications to improve it or correct problems that are detected over time.

In fact, such modifications are more common in programs related to certain areas affected by variable legislation, such as payroll and municipal accounting.
