The Civil Guard and the Local Police of Totana are looking at this time to a young man accused of giving up ten stabbings to another during a fight in Totana.
The victim was admitted at dawn in the Virgen de la Arrixaca hospital in critical condition, according to sources close to the investigation to La Verdad newspaper.
The attack took place around 4.15 am, when the alleged aggressor and the victim, both of South American origin, clashed in the Calle Mayor de Totana for causes that are being investigated.
The victim, aged 18, received up to ten stabs, some of them in the thorax.
The injured young man remains admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the University Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca of Murcia with serious prognosis, according to sources from the Ministry of Health.
The Civil Guard has identified the author of the attack, which he hopes to stop in the next few hours.
