The research team of the archaeological site of "La Bastida" collected last night, at the Romea Theater in Murcia, one of the "Laureles Awards Murcia";
the awards given each year by the Professional Association of Journalists of the Region of Murcia, in the category of Science and Research.
The event was attended by the mayor of Totana, Andrés García, and representatives of the business and social fabric of Totana;
as well as members of the La Bastida Project Defense Platform.
Other winners were the CROEM (Economy and Business), the composer Roque Baños (Culture), the Women and Minor Team of the Civil Guard (Society), the pilot Ana Carrasco (Sports) and the Parents of the Statute of Autonomy of the Region of Murcia (Extraordinary Laurel).
