The Collective Association for Social Promotion "El Candil, signed in Murcia on September 19, 2018 a Collaboration Agreement with the Commercial Director of CaixaBank, Mr. Gerardo Cuartero, for the realization of a Socio-labor insertion project called" AVANZA: creation of mutual support networks to improve employability. "Subsequently, on October 30, 2018, the project was presented at the La Caixa facilities in Totana, located on Rambla de la Santa Balsa Vieja, SN, with the presence of Mr. José Carlos Mena Molina, Director of the Caja, Ms. Mónica Romera García, Deputy Director of Caja and Mr. Pedro Marín Navarro, Business Manager.

This project aims to improve the level of employability and socio-labor insertion of the participants, enhancing skills that allow them to achieve an adequate personal-social functioning and access to the working world, through adequate and guided training, in order to be able to leave the situation of social exclusion in which they find themselves.

Three fundamental lines of action are contemplated:

Create, train and maintain a social and labor information network close to the participants of the project and accompany them, through an individualized and consensual process of labor orientation, in the improvement of their employability level.

Start-up of mutual support networks to improve employability, empowering participants, promoting capacities to recognize, plan and execute communications in an efficient manner according to the fulfillment of defined purposes and objectives, making an adequate management of conflicts and emotions that allow them a personal enrichment, receiving this training to improve their employability.

Study of the labor market situation in the area, sectors that are generating demand for workers, profiles and requirements demanded by companies in different areas of work and sensitize the business sector for its collaboration with projects of socio-labor insertion of people in a situation of social vulnerability, creating spaces for meeting between participants and the business sector of the municipality.

All those people who are in a situation of social difficulty and have the concern to access a job, can participate in this project.
